Express Scripts Canada is looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join the Finance department, reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager. The responsibilities include but not limited to reviewing cash application to detect errors, recording correction adjustments, , responsible for day to day collection of receivables including calls to customers.
This is a 4 month contract position until the end of December 2019.
Record the adjustments with proper approvals for cash application correction
Review the receivables on an ongoing basis at the customer and family level
Handle Accounts Receivable internal and external inquiries
Handle inbound and outbound collection and payment calls
Work with other departments to resolve AR or payment issues
Review customer statement for accuracy prior to sending out
Place and remove labels in AX manually and on timely basis
Updating notes in CRM
Report on Accounts Receivable and Collection activities
Basic knowledge of accounting transactions, especially on accounts receivable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
Strong attention to details and high degree of accuracy
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to reconcile, verify, analyze and correct the accounts receivable customer transactions and payments
Solid PC skills and a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools
Intermediate Excel skill set
Superior time management capabilities
Flexible for overtime if required
The finance department assumes responsibility for managing and reporting the organization’s finances.
