Position Summary : This course examines global conflict and security in the post-Cold War era from a variety of theoretical perspectives with particular attention to contemporary debates and issues. Topics may include peacekeeping, humanitarian intervention, the military-industrial complex, the ‘war on terror’, refugees and migration, poverty and development and environmental security.
