Position Summary : Taught in French. Through the canonical works of the 18th century, students are provided with historical, cultural and theoretical frames to help them understand authors who aimed to change the world. The focus is on various manifestations of the literary rebellion, from rationalism to utopias, among “philosophes” as well as “libertines”.
Qualifications – Required : Doctoral Degree
Qualifications – Other : PhD in French; native or near-native French languages competency; knowledge of media technology and valid pedagogical experience in second language teaching. The Hiring Committee will conduct individual interviews with chosen candidates.
Salary : $8,100
