Job description

– Prepare and cook Japanese Tonkatsu (Pork Cutlet), dishes and meals

– Create new recipes and plan menus

– Requisition food and kitchen supplies

– Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions

– Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

– Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Wage: $18 Hourly for 35 Hours Per Week

Benefits: 10 days paid holidays

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements

– Education: college level diploma/certificate in culinary management

– Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in commercial food preparation

– Language: Speak English, Read English, Write English
