NAN Appeals for Assistance with Missing Person Search
THUNDER BAY, ON: Nishnawbe Aski Nation (NAN) Deputy Grand Chief Anna Betty Achneepineskum is appealing to members of the public to assist with Mishkeegogamang First Nation’s search for a missing community member.
Members of Mishkeegogamang have launched a ground search near Pickle Lake for Charnelle Masakeyash, 26, who was reported missing on November 9, 2015. An investigation has been launched by the Ontario Provincial Police and the OPP emergency response team is assisting with the search.
Charnelle is described as 5’7”, 130 pounds, with a medium build, straight shoulder-length black hair (usually worn in a pony- tail) and brown eyes.
