Hydro One Networks Inc. and its affiliates (“Hydro One”) are planning to undertake a competitive procurement process and anticipating to release a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) on or around Jun 12, 2019 to establish collaborative relationships with one or more suppliers to provide environmental services. Hydro One will be seeking proposals for five categories (“segments”) under environmental services. Suppliers will be expected to cover one or more of the segments included in this RFP. The five segments in scope for this RFP are expected to be:
Segment 1: Air and Noise
Segment 2: Archaeology
Segment 3: Environmental Assessment and Natural Heritage
Segment 4: Land Assessment and Remediation
Segment 5: Built Heritage and Cultural Heritage Landscapes
Hydro One’s intent coming out of this competitive procurement process is to secure one or more contracts (at Hydro One’s discretion) for each of the segments to consolidate its current supply base.
Registering as a Bidder:
The RFP will be hosted on Ariba for which you may or may not be already registered. All current and new suppliers are required to register and join the Ariba Network to participate in future Hydro One sourcing events and to be able to bid on future contracts.
Registered users will be able to view, pick up and submit request for proposals (RFP’s) in Ariba.
