Special Information: If the new Administrator does not successfully complete the program referred to in Key Qualification #2 as outlined above, the City will be required to cease to employ the individual as an Administrator in the timeframe set out in the Long-Term Care Homes Act and Regulation 79/10 As a condition of employment with the Long-Term Care Homes & Services Division, selected candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory Police Reference Check (PRC) with vulnerable sector screening, tuberculosis screening and proof of immunization in accordance with the Long-Term Care Homes Act (O.Reg.79/10) Please note that all applicants are encouraged to provide a valid email address for communication purposes.
