Associate, Search and Recruitment

We are seeking an Associate, Search and Recruitment to support the search and talent management teams. The individual will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and managing candidates in the recruitment process for full time permanent roles in alignment with our corporate brand and values. The position reports directly into Senior Management. The individual is a self-starter with a strong ability to build, foster and maintain relationships, is deadline focused and organized, and has a ‘no task is too big or too small’ mentality.

This is a progressive opportunity for an individual with strong critical thinking skills to work directly with industry professionals to further build and transform the CRED industry.


  • Identify and research talent in the Commercial Real Estate & Development industry
  • Build, identify, source and qualify list of prospective candidates
  • Headhunt candidates for roles as required
  • Proactively create a pool of qualified talent with specific skills in the various Commercial Real Estate & Development sectors
  • Interview and manage candidates for potential opportunities
  • Create ongoing talent pool lists to be shared with Matrix Management and Business Development
  • Create and implement effective strategies and processes on how to recruit top talent
  • Identify improvement opportunities and manage improvement requests from the business
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Matrix360’s team by identifying ways to continuously improve the level of offerings and client experience
  • Attend industry networking events
  • Be a face and spokesperson for our team and values within the industry
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Principal & Managing Partner
  • Partake in the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals
  • Establish external benchmarks and appropriate KPIs as the basis for demonstrating the quality of services

  • Base between $45,000 and $75,000
  • Commission structure up to 60% of annual production
