JOB SUMMARY:

Reports to and receives direct supervision from the Manager, Allied Health Services, Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council. Receives clinical day-to-day supervision from Clinical Lead.

PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE POSITION:

The role of the Community Dietitian is to share knowledge of nutrition and food skills with individuals and community organizations for the Six Nations community to promote well-being. These services can be one-to-one or in a group setting, provided in the environment that best addresses the needs of the individuals seeking service.
