Required Human Resources Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resources
• Develop and implement HR strategies, labour relations policies and procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Organize and conduct employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits and compensation and participate actively on various joint committees
• Direct the organization’s quality management program
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment, administer employee development, language training and health and safety programs
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Plan human resource requirements in conjunction with other departmental managers
• Co-ordinate internal and external training and recruitment activities
• Advise and assist other departmental managers on interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Education and Experience: Completion of Bachelor Degree and 3 – 4 Years of relevant experience.

Salary: CAD$ 45.00/hour. Full-time permanent position at SBTC Transport Ltd.  located at #Suite 8, 1445 Bonhill Road, Mississauga L5T 1V3
