Manager, Partnerships & Engagement

We are seeking a Manager, Partnerships & Engagement to support the business development and account management teams. The Manager, Partnerships & Engagement will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within Canada and the USA. This is accomplished by developing sales plans, analyzing profitability of prospects and fully understanding the competitive influences and risks with each account. This is a progressive opportunity for an individual with strong critical thinking skills to work directly with leaders to further build and transform the CRED industry.


  • Drive revenue growth and sales results to solidify Matrix360 as a leader in the Search and Workplace Solutions ecosystem
  • Work in assigned regions Across Canada and the USA and identify and qualify potential opportunities
  • Establish and proactively maintain a strong professional relationship with key decision makers and influencers within assigned regions
  • Drive profitable sales expansion with a focus on acquiring new and re-engaging with dormant accounts, while growing existing clients
  • Follow-up on submitted proposals and manage the negotiating strategies to secure the targeted opportunities
  • Gather and analyze market and industry intelligence, metrics, and trends to determine prospect and client needs
  • Track and identify new growth opportunities and networking with industry leaders to gather competitive insights and best practices
  • Deliver business development related presentations, negotiate, and secure business opportunities within the CRED industry
  • Prepare, on a consistent basis, reports for management review which summarize the status of assigned regions, prospects and clients, and the strategies to secure the business targets

  • Base between $50,000 and $75,000
  • Commission structure up to 60% of annual production
