Call for Vendors & Information Booths
The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) extends a warm invitation to vendors, corporations, and non-profit organizations to join us at our upcoming Vendor Fair, in conjunction with the MNO’s Annual General Assembly.
Date: August 16-18, 2024
Location: Discovery Harbour, Penetanguishene, ON
We welcome your participation in this exciting event, providing a platform for showcasing your offerings to our community.
Each vendor will be provided with a designated space, which includes a table and two chairs. Please note that electrical outlets may be limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Event Operating Hours:
Friday, August 19: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Saturday, August 20: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Sunday, August 21: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
Due to limited space availability, we encourage early registration. The deadline for application submission is July 30, 2024.
We kindly remind all vendors to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Complete set-up during designated times.
- Honour all conditions outlined by the MNO and the venue.
- Comply with federal, provincial, and municipal regulations regarding sales and/or importation of items for sale.
- Kindly communicate any special needs or requirements in advance.
