Feds taking steps to end human trafficking of Indigenous women – The Spec

A recent conference in Ottawa brought stakeholders together to examine how to better keep Indigenous women and girls safer in Canada, with federal leaders touting the progress that has already been made.

The third annual National Indigenous-Federal-Provincial-Territorial (IFPT) Meeting on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and 2SLGBTQI+ people wrapped up last Thursday.
