Graduation Ceremony Planned For Missanabie Cree Incident Management Training – SaultOnline.com

Between April 24th and May 4th, twenty four First Nation members from fifteen different First Nation communities in Ontario and Manitoba attended in Sault Ste. Marie for eleven days of Incident Management Training.

This is the second Incident Management Training course that Missanabie Cree First Nation (“MCFN”), under the leadership of band council, has provided. This training was made possible through the generous support of Indigenous Services Canada (“ISC”) and in partnership with ISN (“Investigative Solutions Network”) Maskwa.

All attendees successfully completed Incident Management System („IMS”) Levels 100, 200 and 300 and gained knowledge in emergency management skills. The training was presented by ISN Maskwa personnel.
