The City of Oshawa is teaming up with Bawaajigewin Aboriginal Community Circle to acknowledge and honour Indigenous children who were sent to residential schools in Canada.

You can visit one of five locations throughout the city and bring an orange ribbon to tie in acknowledgement and honour of the children.

The locations are Oshawa City Hall, the Civic Recreation Complex, the Columbus Community Centre, the Delpark Homes Centre and Lakeview Park.
