Saugeen First Nation Fire Department Year End Call Stats – Bayshore Broadcasting News Centre

Saugeen Fire and Emergency Services have their yearly stats for emergency responses in Saugeen First Nation.

They say they responded to 209 calls in 2024.

Of those, 24 were fire-related calls, 137 were medical calls, ten were responses to collisions, 14 were alarm related calls.

They responded to three water rescue calls and 21 calls were listed as ‘other.’

The First Nation’s volunteer fire department also took part in 17 community engagement activities and events.
