By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from an experienced Indigenous Business (as defined by Indigenous Services Canada’s

Eligibility for Aboriginal Procurement Set Aside ) to develop a comprehensive report that analyzes Indigenous-specific perceptions, needs and barriers in:

accessing and applying energy efficiency services, tools and technologies in homes, buildings (commercial, institutional and community) and Indigenous-owned industry;

participating in government energy efficiency programs; and

participating in the energy efficiency workforce.
