Daebak Jib Restaurant is looking for a Restaurant Manager

Position: Restaurant Manager

Available Position: 1

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Hour: 30-40 hours per week

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4% gross salary

Work Location: 560 Wyandotte Street W, Windsor, ON N9A 5X6

Job Duties:

-Manage, plan, organize and control daily operations of the restaurant.

-Set up work procedures and quality control plans.

-Recruit new staff members, and manage staff training.

-Evaluate staff performance and set work schedule.

-Monitor sales, evaluate service and food quality, and modify prices.

-Interact and bargain with food suppliers and other supplies vendors.

-Resolve customer complaints and enquiries.

Requirements:

-Completion of secondary school

-Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management OR 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector or any other supervisory experience is required.

-English is required
